I’ve bought a carpet and underlay from a Carpet retailer. Will you be able to fit it for me?
Yes, we can still fit flooring even if we didn’t supply it. Please refer to our fitting only service.
We still have old flooring down, will this be an issue when you come to fit new flooring?
This is not a problem. We will be happy to uplift and dispose of any old flooring for you safely, please inform us at time of consultation and we can arrange it for you and put it in your quotation.
Do we need to make sure the room is clear of furniture before you arrive?
Ideally please ensure the room is clear of all furniture. However, if this is not possible please inform us at the consultation stage. If you need us to move furniture for you this will be an additional cost. We understand some items pose more difficulty for removal; we will assess this for you at the consultation stage and we will come to a suitable resolution.
I work Monday-Friday. Will you be able to fit my flooring when I’m not at work?
We understand the need for us to be flexible and we will always try to arrange a time most convenient for our customer, whether it be an evening or weekend (subject to availability).
You have fitted our flooring before and we would like to use you again but we have moved further afar- to Worcester. Will you still be able to fit our new carpet?
That’s no problem at all. We cover Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.
Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured, up to £2,000,000 cover.
Are you DBS checked?
Yes, we have all relevant and up to date checks.
Do you offer additional services?
From uplifting and removing your old flooring, to fitting your brand new floor and everything in between; nothing is too much trouble for us at Fairview Flooring. We are able to trim doors, fit stair rods, arrange stair runner whipping/binding and fit entrance matting. Just let us know at the consultation process where we can advise and quote you for any additional services.
We want you to fit our new carpet. Our existing underlay has seen better days, do you supply underlay?
We can supply all types and qualities of underlay. Including rubber underlay, PU underlay, crumb rubber underlay and under floor heating underlay. We can offer advice on which undelay is most suitable for your needs. We also supply gripper rods and door bars.
